This boxing glove has more padding and protection than the gloves you buy in big box stores like Walmart and Target.

The gloves also come with hand-wraps which are important because our heavy bags weigh almost 80lbs each.

You can choose between 12oz gloves or 16oz gloves. The difference is just the weight. Generally, 16oz gloves are better for people about 175 lbs and above.

For hygienic reasons it is good practice to NOT share your gloves with other people, as well as wash your hand wraps after each use.
